Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Gale&Gayle Pty Ltd is subject to availability. In case of unavailability, Gale&Gayle Pty Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Should your piece be damaged in transit, please ensure that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery. All the original packaging should be retained, as well as proof of purchase.
If your refund or exchange has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied where we will then send you a store gift card valued to the amount due, within a certain amount of days.
Store credit is issued via email in the form of a digital gift card, which should be used within six months of issue.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to our studio, we will send you this information as soon as you have contacted us
To return your product, you should email us at info@asatsilabel with a clear image of the product and the reason for your return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
We ship to all countries outside RSA, the buyer/recipient will be responsible for any import duties and local sales taxes stipulated by the country your purchase is being shipped to.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Once an order is placed, we will inform you via an automated email that your order is being processed. We will process your order within 2 working days once we have received your order. If you live outside of South Africa, we will send you a unique waybill tracking number where you will be able to track your parcel. This process can take from 7-14 working days to be delivered to you. Please note that these times are estimates and that we will do our utmost best to provide all services as planned. In circumstances where delivery takes longer, due to a client not being at home the times will take longer and Gale and Gayle Pty Ltd cannot be held accountable for any errors which might occur from longer delivery times. Clients will be kept up to date with all the relevant details.
